- "It's mobile, versatile, heavy duty and one
of the best forcible entry props available. Put your students
(firefighters) to the test of learning the REAL ART of forcible
entry."

- "The prop is the toughest thing I've had to
force in some time. Being able to force doors that swing both ways
is really beneficial when it come to training new firefighters. This
is the best training prop in a long time."

- "HOT Props has created the best simulator
I have used yet. This prop is challenging, versatile and durable. It
will take a beating and come back for more. It realistically
recreates the difficulty of forcible entry with outward and inward
swinging doors. When you master this simulator you are ready for the
real world."

- Tim,
This realistic training prop allows our firefighters to actually
perform a skill that was unable to be practiced before, and the lack
of this skill showed on the fire ground. The portability is an
important factor as we have a limited amount of space for a
permanently placed prop. It also means that our firefighters can
utilize the prop indoors during the winter months. As the commercial
properties in our community continue to employ more security
measures it is critical that our firefighters can quickly gain
access to the structure. Light weight building construction has
narrowed our window of opportunity to effectively extinguish a room
and contents fire before it extends and destroys the structure.
Wasting time attempting to gain access is unacceptable and exposes
our firefighters to a significantly increased risk of structural
collapse.

- I have used the Forcible Door entry and
the Commercial Door lock ‘props’ for teaching. As a New York State
Fire Instructor, I have used the ‘Props” for several classes. They
have proved very helpful in demonstrating the proper techniques for
gaining access through doors and gaining access to commercial
structure doors without breaking all the glass. I recommend these
products to any fire department or instructor group to enhance their
demonstration ability in forcible entry. It provided my students
with an excellent ‘hands on’ approach and the practical application
approach aided the knowledge curve effectively.

- Tim,
I just wanted to comment on your forcible entry prop. As a NY State
Fire Instructor, I have had the opportunity to send approximately
125 firefighters through your prop. It is so well built that there
was no noticeable damage or wear. I liked it so much that I
took it to my own fire hall for firefighters in my department to
train on. Your prop allows me to offer realistic training that was
not possible before.
Thanks

- Being the MTO in a large tire
manufacturing plant, our fire dept trains continuously on forcible
entry with different steel doors in the plant. This piece of
equipment is by far the best and most fertile on the market today
you will not find a better training tool to work with.

- In my thirty plus years in the fire
service we always had difficulty
getting actual forcible entry training as there was nothing to pry
or
cut up. Everything was simulated and we learned very quickly at an
incident forcible entry was much more difficult that perceived.
My department purchased the HOT PROP and this is as real as it gets.
Actually it is a little tougher than most of the forcible entry we
do
on the actual call so when the time comes to use it, the training
pays
off and we are able to enter the structure quickly and relatively
easy.

- Brother Tim,
Hi Tim, how are things going? I write you today in regards to the
Forcible Entry Simulator that you have constructed. I am a New York
State Certified Fire Instructor II and work for NYS as a State Fire
Instructor. I have had many opportunities in the last few years to
teach forcible entry techniques to new fire fighter recruits and
also experienced firefighters. A challenge that myself and other NY
SFI's face is the ability to deliver realistic training in hands on
evolutions. Without acquired structures or suitable props it is
often very difficult to demonstrate proper techniques, especially
those associated with forcible entry.

- The two 'props' for forcible door entry
practice that H.F.D. purchased from your company have proven
amazingly effective in educating the members of this department. The
newer members of the department that have not done forcible entry
have received a big assist from the practice using the 'props'. Our
older members for refreshing their knowledge and maintaining their
skills.
The door 'prop' is a big help to our training
