Conventional Forcible Entry
Door Prop The Conventional Forcible Entry Door Prop is a firefighter, law
enforcement, and EMS tool to help the trainee enhance their ability
and confidence in applying forcible entry to gain access during an
emergency situation. These props were designed to accommodate steel
or wood doors from 32” to 36” wide < 1 ¾” thick and a maximum height
of 83” What makes this the most realistic conventional door prop is
that you provide doors that are in your areas. You also control
where the locking mechanism(s) are located on the jamb side. Those
of us know that the toughest doors have more than one lock to defeat
and this prop allows the trainers to control just how challenging
they want to make it. Another unique feature is once one side of the
door gets damaged you can flip the door around and use the other
side. H-O-T Props, Inc. has engineered this prop so you will have to
never worry about the longevity of its unique patent pending
construction. All you do is provide the doors and hardware. These
props are custom made of solid steel at our facility and weigh
approximately 640lbs without doors. The patent pending design
provides very little movement when used on a flat surface.
